Seafront apartment, Pomorie

Pomorie is a working town on a narrow spit, with salt pans on one side and the sea on the other, a Roman tomb, and mud baths people have come to since antiquity. It is the coast's spa destination, which gives it a longer season and an older, quieter crowd than Sunny Beach twenty minutes north.

This is first line on the south beach: the building faces the water with nothing in front of it but the promenade. Second floor, two bedrooms, a corner living room with windows on two sides, and a balcony that gets the sun from late morning until it goes down behind the town.

Built in 2016 to a decent standard — proper insulation, a lift that works, secure entry, and a management company that also runs two other buildings in Pomorie.

The salt pans are a working industry. Depending on the wind, you occasionally get the smell, which locals do not notice and some buyers do.
