We started this year

Worth saying plainly, because every other agency on this coast opens with how long it has been here. A new one has to offer something else.

Here is ours. You deal with the person who actually walked through the property. We work one stretch of coast — Pomorie down to Tsarevo — and nothing outside it. And because we have no back catalogue to defend, we will tell you when a complex has an empty maintenance account, when a sea view is about to be built out, and when the right answer is to buy nothing this year.

Where

Ninety kilometres, six characters

From the salt pans at Pomorie to the forest at Tsarevo is a ninety-minute drive, and the advice changes completely about four times along it.

How it works

From first message to keys

    You tell us what you want

    A budget, roughly where, and whether it is for you or for letting. Five minutes on a form or twenty on a call — either works.

  2. 02

    We send a shortlist

    Usually six to ten properties, with the maintenance fees, the management company and the drawbacks stated. Video walkthroughs for anything you like.

  3. 03

    You come and look

    We meet the flight at Burgas, plan the trip around the shortlist, drive you and translate. Two days is normally enough on this coast.

  4. 04

    We handle the purchase

    Independent lawyer, title checks, notary, utilities and the tax registration afterwards. In your language throughout.

We would rather lose a sale than sell someone an apartment in a complex we know is failing.
