Villa with a pool, Chernomorets

Chernomorets is a small town on the next bay south from Sozopol — a working harbour, three good beaches, and a fraction of the summer traffic its famous neighbour gets.

The villa was built in 2018 on the quiet edge of town, on a walled plot of 900 m². Four bedrooms, all en suite, an open ground floor that runs the width of the house, and a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a proper barbecue.

The pool is 9 × 4 metres, heated, with a cover — which extends its usable season from four months to about seven, and is the single thing that most distinguishes this villa from the dozens built here at the same time.

Specification is good: triple glazing, underfloor heating on both floors, solar hot water, a borehole for the garden, and a gate with a camera. Running costs are genuinely low for a house this size.
