Old Town, Sozopol
€71,000
Reference AL-2007·Reserved
Sozopol was Apollonia, founded by Greeks from Miletus in the sixth century BC, and has been continuously inhabited ever since. The old town is a peninsula of timber revival houses on stone bases, and it is the most attractive place on this coast.
This is a top-floor studio, 41 m², in a house on the harbour side. One room with a sleeping alcove, a compact kitchen, a shower room, and a window seat you will use more than the furniture — below it are the fishing boats, and beyond them the bay towards Chernomorets.
It is small, and it is not trying to be anything else. Two people, comfortably. As a summer base or a short-let it is close to ideal; as a year-round home it would be tight.
The building has four apartments and no management company — the four owners split costs by agreement, which works while everyone is reasonable and is worth understanding before you buy.
Exact address given on request. Our office will arrange the viewing and drive you there — the drive is rarely more than forty minutes from Sunny Beach.
