Towards Tsarevo the coast changes. The Strandzha forest comes down to the water, the towns get smaller, and the development that covered the northern coast largely did not happen — much of it is protected.
Lozenets is the most established of these villages: a long beach, a handful of good restaurants, and a summer population of Bulgarians rather than tour groups. It is a two-hour drive from Burgas airport, which is exactly why it has stayed as it is.
The house sits at the top of the village where the last street meets the treeline. Three bedrooms, a broad covered veranda facing the forest, and a plot of 700 m² that is mostly left as it was. Built in 2009, refurbished in 2020.
The beach is nine minutes downhill on foot. In winter there are maybe forty people in the village, the shop opens three days a week, and it is completely silent. For some buyers that is the entire point; others find it unnerving. Spend a February night here before deciding.
Exact address given on request. Our office will arrange the viewing and drive you there — the drive is rarely more than forty minutes from Sunny Beach.
