Plot among the pines, Primorsko

Primorsko has two of the best beaches on the Bulgarian coast and a river mouth between them. The town itself is unremarkable; what people come for is the sand and the forest behind the beaches.

The plot is on the inland edge, backing onto pines. Mature trees run along two of the boundaries, and a build could keep them. It is flat, which saves money, and 2,400 m² — large enough for a house and a pool without the plot feeling used up.

It is currently agricultural. Changing the designation to residential is a known process here; budget nine to fourteen months and around €4,000, and note that three plots on the same lane have already been through it, which makes the precedent straightforward.

Electricity runs along the lane. Water is by borehole; the nearest house struck water at nineteen metres.

This is a plot for someone who wants to build, not someone who wants to move in. Priced accordingly.
