Old Town, Nesebar
Ravda
€76,500
Reference AL-2004
Ravda sits between Nesebar and Pomorie and is the compromise a lot of families end up making: a real village with a school, a doctor and shops that open in January. It is three kilometres from everything Sunny Beach offers, and far enough not to hear it.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small 2012 building — twelve units, low-rise, no lift needed. Two bedrooms, an open living space, and doors onto a private garden of about 40 m² with a fig and room for a table.
Ground floor is worth a word. It is cooler in August, it is the easiest apartment on the coast to live in with small children or a dog, and it is the hardest to let to holidaymakers, who want a view. If you are buying to use rather than to rent, that trade-off works in your favour and is reflected in the price.
The maintenance fee is €420 a year and covers the garden, the lighting and the gate.
Exact address given on request. Our office will arrange the viewing and drive you there — the drive is rarely more than forty minutes from Sunny Beach.
